Perform the following procedure to change the sap-scale-mode high to the sap-scale-mode low configuration:
Delete all SAPs.
If the access ingress QoS policy has attachments, reset the policy.
If the access-ingress-qos-mode command is set to port-mode, configure the command to use the sap-mode option.
Configure the sap-scale-mode command to use the low option.
Save the configuration and reboot the node.
