The Linux man pages provide an overview of the options and arguments for the nish command. Table 1 describes some of the options and flags that can be used when starting the NISH client.

Auto-completion ensures that only authorized commands are displayed in the auto-completion. The user's authorization to execute a command is checked against an authorization server or local profile. Disabling this option can improve performance but allows the auto-completion to display all commands, including the commands that cannot be executed because they fail authorization.
