Phase 1: Core network construction

Before the services are provisioned, the following tasks should be completed:

  1. Build the IP or IP/MPLS core network.

  2. Configure routing protocols.

  3. Configure MPLS LSPs (if MPLS is used).

  4. Construct the core SDP service tunnel mesh for the services.
