Multicastclient

The multicastclient command is used to configure an address to receive multicast NTP messages on the CPM MGMT port (7450 ESS and 7750 SR). Broadcast and multicast messages can easily be spoofed, therefore, authentication is strongly recommended. If multicastclient is not configured, all NTP multicast traffic is ignored. The following example enables NTP and configures the address to receive multicast NTP messages:
